The InnerTalent program aims to help young people develop their skills through a well-structured theme, which requires them to immerse themselves in the tasks and take them seriously.

Successful completion of the InnerTalent program leads to the award of the COMPANY Diploma.

Completing some challenges is a prerequisite for specific programs (e.g., Induction and Mentoring). Still, they can be completed independently, and we encourage everyone to prepare them for the journey toward the COMPANY Diploma.
